Throwback The ’90s – The Denim Jacket

’90s fashion without the denim trend would be like Calvin Klein jeans without Kate Moss!
Denim used in many forms such as shirts; vests; overalls; shorts; dresses; jeans and jackets dominated the fashion scene of the ’90s.

Thank goodness I held onto this double breasted denim jacket to this very day. In fact, I’ve been wearing it almost every year since I purchased it in the ’90s. And thanks to denim’s timeless appeal, the jacket doesn’t look dated throughout all these years…

  1. My denim jacket in the later 70’s and early 80’s was one of my favorite (most comfortable) jackets. I thought I was very “cool” in it. 🙂

The jacket looks marvelous on you!

  2. It’s a very unusual denim jacket; double breasted denim, wide lapels, a 70’s throwback in the 90’s perhaps! Classic!

    • The double breasted jacket must be trendy (again) in the ’90s, I have a Trussardi baby pink double breasted short jacket from the same era.
Thank you again for your film restoration skills and a great result Kent. Much appreciated! X

  3. Oh yes! I love denim and I bought a 90’s style bleached denim jacket earlier this year, but I feel like a teenager, when wearing it. I like the design of the denim jacket you’re wearing much better 🙂

    • Thank you for your feedback. Yes there’s an undeniable youthful vibe when it comes to the denim jacket! 🙂 I’ve seen a lot of people wearing them lately… X
